Sold out Show!!! Thank you everyone!!!

The CHICKS WITH STICKS class at Heavens Fitness is a huge success! We bumped up the sign up maximum to accommodate the demand so the 1st winter session has 16 ladies punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing pads and flowing through double stick coordination drills! They looked great, too!!!

Big thanks for making this class as HOT as it is! I appreciate everyones support!!

I would love to invite some of the ladies from past sessions to come back out in the near future and see the new format, much more refined, structured and intense!
